We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

If you change your mind for any reason you can return your purchase to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Returns will be accepted providing they comply with the following return policy. 

Please contact returns@marrowbone.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return and obtain a return authorisation (RA) number.

We will then email you with your RA number and return shipping label (for orders within Australia). Please pack your item carefully into the shipping box it arrived in (or similar), print and attach return label and drop off at the post office.

Your item must be returned to us within 7 days for Australian and 14 days for New Zealand orders upon receipt of your RA number. Returns outside of these times will not be accepted. A Sydney metro return address with be supplied with your RA. 

 

RETURN POSTAGE

We offer FREE returns Australia Wide.

Postage charges for returned items from outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to return your item via registered or traceable post as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Marrowbone.

 If a purchase is made in one of our promotional sale events the return postage will become the responsibility of the customer.

 

CONDITION

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned with all packaging including dust bag, gift box and tags in a new and saleable condition.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Once received the items will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure they have not been used and all packaging is complete and intact. When approved Marrowbone will issue a refund. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email notification when your return has been completed.
